A Partner and Co-Managing Director of BAO Fund Management, George brought 17 years of Private Equity experience such as partner of SMC Group (a multi family office) and a director and senior investment manager of a Euro 250 million Private Equity Fund. When the fund was merged to Emporiki Bank (then member of Credit Agricole) he was also responsible for the risk management of the portfolio reporting to the Board of the bank. He is also active investor in the dry bulk sector since 2011 and involved in the shipping industry being an expert advisor during setup of 2 private equity shipping funds and a partner for a 3rd one.
