Being employed as Group Fund Administrator, Shabneez has been in the global business sector for four years with exposure in accounting. Prior to joining BAO team, she worked at NinetyEast Financial Services Ltd as Fund Administrator, where Shabneez was involved in payment processing and performing due diligence checks. As an Accounting Trainee at Abax Corporate Services Ltd (now Ocorian), Shabneez assisted in performing management accounts and was responsible for the VAT calculations of a portfolio of GBC1 companies. In addition, Shabneez was accountable for the day to day running of a group of companies in Mauritius regulated by the Financial Services Commission, particularly her duties involved the monthly TDS, APS, PAYE and NPF returns along with preparing management accounts for all the companies.
